To provide Strength Through Ostomy Medical Assistance to the uninsured, pending insurance, and financial hardship ostomate while focusing on holistic support for ostomates who have had or will have a bowel or urinary diversion.
To bridge the gap between hospital and home by providing essential supplies, education, and support for ostomates, ensuring their well-being, and sustaining their journey.
