Strength Through Ostomy Medical Assistance (S.T.O.M.A.) aims to provide support, education, and access to ostomy supplies to individuals with bowel or urinary diversions, regardless of financial or insurance issues.
To supply transitional ostomy medical assistance to the uninsured, pending insurance, financial hardship ostomate while focusing on holistic support for ostomates who have had or will have a bowel or urinary diversion.
The initiative aims to bridge the gap between hospital and home by providing essential supplies, education, and support for ostomates, ensuring their well-being and sustaining their journey.
